These terms govern your use of wineboard, a wine tracking and sharing app. By using wineboard, you agree to these terms.
The service
wineboard lets you record wines, organise them into boards, and share them with others. It is provided by the wineboard team and available on the Apple App Store.
Your account
You need an account to use wineboard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app.
Your content
You own the wine records, notes, and photos you add to wineboard. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content for the purpose of operating the app — including generating share pages when you create a share link.
You are responsible for the content you add. Do not add content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
wineboard Plus
wineboard offers an optional paid subscription — wineboard Plus — at €3.99/month or €23.99/year. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's standard policies provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse wineboard. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the service to distribute spam or malicious content via share links.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Using the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
Shared links
When you create a share link, the selected wine data becomes publicly accessible to anyone with that link. You control this: you can revoke links at any time. We are not responsible for how recipients use or share the content you choose to make public.
Disclaimer of warranties
wineboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any wine data returned by our AI label scanning will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, wineboard and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using wineboard at any time and delete your account from Account → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.
